Account and sign-in

Confirming your email, passwords and two-step sign-in.

More on sign-in
I didn’t get the confirmation email.

Check your spam folder and use the newest email if you asked for more than one. After a minute you can resend it from the sign-up page.

I forgot my password.

Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a link to choose a new one.

I lost my authenticator app.

Company administrators sign in with a code from an authenticator app. If you’ve lost it, open the recovery steps in account help, or contact us and we’ll help you back in.

Invitations

Joining the company that invited you.

More on invitations
Do I need to buy Fritz if I was invited?

No. Your company pays for seats and usage. Accept the invitation and your administrator assigns your seat.

My invitation expired.

Invitations last seven days. Ask your company’s administrator to send a new one.

I can’t see my invitation.

An invitation belongs to the email address it was sent to. Sign in with that address, or ask your administrator to check which address they used.

Payments and credit

Checkout, credit, limits and cancelling.

More on billing
A payment didn’t finish.

Check Billing before paying again. It shows the status of the original payment and lets you pick it back up.

What happens when credit runs out?

New work pauses until someone adds credit. Automatic top-ups stay off unless your company turns them on.

How do I cancel?

From Billing. Your seat stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Installing Fritz

Downloading, signing in and choosing a company.

More on installing
Which computers does Fritz run on?

Macs with Apple silicon and 64-bit Windows PCs.

Where do I download Fritz?

From Get Fritz in your account, once your seat is active.

Fritz asks me to choose a company.

Choose the company that gave you your seat. If you belong to more than one, each has its own people, credit and limits.

Still stuck?

Talk to a person.

Questions go to the people who build Fritz. For seats and spending limits, your company’s administrator can help too.

  • Say where you are. The step you’re on, what happened and roughly when.
  • Add a reference. A payment or request reference helps us find it fast.
  • Keep secrets out. Never send passwords, codes or card numbers.

Talk to Latter Logic

About the examples

Hearth & Grain is a fictional bakery. The figures come from a supervised Fritz run on five fictional files, checked against an independent calculation. The page shows that work in the Fritz interface; it sends no live AI requests and does not access your files.

The model is an illustrative planning exercise. It excludes taxes, debt service and owner draws. The use-case examples use sample data.
