Usage

Pay only for the work.

Fritz draws from one prepaid balance as people work. What a task costs depends on the model and how much it reads and writes.

Top up once
Add credit for the whole company. It doesn’t expire, and automatic top-ups stay off unless you turn them on.
See it as it happens
Usage shows person by person in your account, and exports to a spreadsheet.
Set a limit
Give anyone a monthly cap. At the cap their new work pauses, and everyone else carries on.

Before you buy

Questions, answered.

Something else? We’re happy to talk it through.

Can I try Fritz before paying?

Free trials are arranged individually. by email or phone to discuss access. We’ll confirm how long the trial lasts and what usage it includes before we switch it on.

What happens after I create an account?

Confirm your email, create your company or a personal workspace, then choose your seats and credit. Company administrators also set up two-step sign-in. Once payment is confirmed, assign seats and download Fritz.

Am I charged when I create an account?

No. Secure checkout shows the full total, including any tax, before you pay anything.

What happens when credit runs out?

New work pauses until someone adds credit. Seats don’t include usage, and automatic top-ups stay off unless you turn them on.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from Billing. Your seat stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are reviewed case by case, with no guaranteed refund except where the law requires one. Email [email protected] with your payment reference and we’ll look into it.

My employer invited me. Do I need to buy anything?

No. Follow the invitation sent to your email. Your company pays for seats and usage, and assigns yours.

What about an existing pilot invitation?

A pilot seat-fee waiver granted to your company stays separate from paid seats and usage credit. Your company’s dates are in Billing. New accounts don’t include a pilot waiver.

Start with one seat.

Create your account, choose your seats and credit, and see the total before you pay.

About the examples

Hearth & Grain is a fictional bakery. The figures come from a supervised Fritz run on five fictional files, checked against an independent calculation. The page shows that work in the Fritz interface; it sends no live AI requests and does not access your files.

The model is an illustrative planning exercise. It excludes taxes, debt service and owner draws. The use-case examples use sample data.
