Product thinking

Review is part of the work.

Why the steps belong beside the answer.

A polished answer can still contain the wrong date. A clear recommendation can still depend on an assumption no one checked. Useful work needs a way to see how the result came together.

Fritz is Latter Logic’s desktop AI coworker for documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Beside every result, it lists what it did to get there: the files it read, the code it ran and the files it changed. Open any step to see exactly what happened.

That record comes from Fritz itself, not from the model’s own account of its work, so it holds whichever model does the task.

Our homepage follows a fictional bakery owner deciding whether she can afford a second location. Fritz reads her sales history, staffing plan, lease and two equipment quotes, then builds a cash-flow plan, slides for her partner and a decision memo from the same numbers. The example runs in your browser with prepared results. It doesn’t call a live AI model or read your files, so you can explore it freely before deciding whether Fritz fits your work.

About the examples

Hearth & Grain is a fictional bakery. The figures come from a supervised Fritz run on five fictional files, checked against an independent calculation. The page shows that work in the Fritz interface; it sends no live AI requests and does not access your files.

The model is an illustrative planning exercise. It excludes taxes, debt service and owner draws. The use-case examples use sample data.
